Privacy.

We’d rather show you films than collect your data, so this page is short.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. Nothing you type here is stored or sent anywhere; the working-title box and the Machine run in your browser and vanish when you close the tab.

Two things do happen. The site is delivered by Cloudflare, whose servers see your IP address and the page you asked for, as every host does, to keep the site running and safe. And if you write to us, we keep your email in Google Workspace for as long as we’re talking or working together, to reply and to do the work. Cloudflare and Google operate from the United States, so this happens there.

Watch goes to Vimeo and YouTube, our footer to Instagram, and Sign in to our client portal, which has its own notice. Their rules apply there.

Want to know what we hold about you, or want it gone? Write to wereallyneedtotalk@1958.film. A person reads it.
